• Total project area: 800 hectares, 2,000 acres
• Location: On the Sea of Cortez, 15 minutes from La Paz, the capital of Baja California Sur, 1.5 hours north of Los Cabos
• Due to the excellent topography of the site more than 85% of the residences will have direct beach or ocean views. The remaining will have excellent golf, marina and mountain views

The project is owned and sponsored by Isolux Corsán, a long-established and large privately held Spanish multinational company engaged in engineering, construction, concessions and renewable energy, with more than 7,600 employees, 2009 revenues of US$ 4.3 billion, and present in more than 40 countries across 4 continents.  Isolux Corsán will also act as the general contractor to the development of the project.
